 TEEN INTERPERSONAL GROUPS

Adolescence can be challenging, but teens don’t have to navigate it alone. Our Teen Interpersonal Groups provide a supportive space where teens can build meaningful peer connections, develop communication skills, and grow their confidence in relationships.

Our groups help teens connect with peers in an honest, supportive environment that encourages growth, self-understanding, and belonging

  • 5-7 teens per group

  • Grade-based groups (8th-11th)

  • Neurotypical & neurodiverse groups available

  • 1 hour weekly sessions

  • $50/session

Fees vary. Reduced fees are available. Medi-Cal accepted

GROUP AGREEMENT

The Group Agreement is an important part of the therapeutic work.  Members must agree to a few conditions in order to work effectively together and benefit from the group.  The full agreement is below:
